Improving Inclusivity
I’m In
We are a small team that have been working with organisations to improve inclusivity for over ten years. Our work is based on research and experience and we have adapted our interventions and activities as new evidence has come to light.
We know that one-off training sessions and tick box exercises aren’t effective. A single session on unconscious bias training, although it might be enjoyable and interesting will not lead to change across your organisation as a whole. To embed practice is challenging and hard work but we are here to support you on that journey.
